The Private Session Room
The Session Room is a quiet, comfortable space designed for 1‑on‑1 sessions and personal well‑being work. This 12' x 12' room includes a massage table, two chairs, and a small table, and you’re welcome to use any of blosm studio’s props — blankets, bolsters, blocks, and mats — to support your session. Please bring your own sheets and blankets for the massage table.
Reservations are available by the hour in 15‑minute increments. When selecting your duration, please include any time needed for preparation and clean‑up. If your preferred length isn’t listed, feel free to contact Roger. First‑time renters should email Roger at roger@blosmstudio.com to receive the reservation password.
The Lotus Room
The Lotus Room is a bright, serene space designed for workshops, small classes, and intimate well‑being gatherings. With 300 sq ft of open floor area (22.5' x 13'), it offers flexibility for movement, meditation, teaching, and creative exploration. The room includes air conditioning, a Bluetooth speaker, and a 65" TV for presentations or online instruction, and you’re welcome to use any of blosm studio’s props — blankets, bolsters, blocks, mats, tables, chairs, and backjacks.
Located near the studio’s front entrance, the Lotus Room is filled with natural light from its large windows, each fitted with top‑down/bottom‑up shades for comfort and privacy. An accordion door allows the room to be fully enclosed for quiet focus.

The Sound Room
The Sound Room is a spacious studio designed for sound events, breath classes, yoga classes, community kirtan, trainings, and other events. With 19.5' x 33' of total space and an open floor area of 19.5' x 28', it offers room to move, breathe, and create immersive experiences. The studio includes air conditioning, a mobile 48" TV screen, a pair of Bluetooth speakers, and full access to blosm studio’s props — blankets, bolsters, blocks, mats, tables, chairs, and backjacks.

Beautiful gongs anchor the room with a sense of resonance and presence, while large windows frame a peaceful garden view. Lighting controls and top‑down/bottom‑up shades allow you to shape the light, and a door provides privacy when needed. An exterior entrance makes loading and unloading equipment simple and convenient.
