I am Bodhi. I love practicing meditation and other modalities of Spirituality.   I was born in the sacred land of the Himalayas, in Nepal— a region known for its deep spiritual tradition. From an early age, I felt a deep pull toward the inner journey. This calling led me to live a monastic life for 18 years, where I devoted myself to meditation, self-inquiry, and spiritual discipline. This period of my life gave me a deep foundation in stillness, presence, and inner peace.

 

For me, spirituality is about living with awareness, love, and truth. It is remembering our deeper self beyond the noise of the world. Meditation is a doorway to that remembrance. It helps us return to stillness, soften our hearts, and live from a place of presence.

 

In today’s busy world, meditation and spiritual practice are more important than ever. They help us manage stress, find peace, and stay grounded. They remind us of who we truly are beyond all the noise and pressure of everyday life.

I now share meditation sessions and sound baths designed to create space for relaxation, mindful breathing, and deep reconnection. These gentle sessions bring ease to the body, stillness to the mind, and clarity to the heart. They can be supportive for anyone moving through stress, anxiety, or burnout, and also nurture those who are seeking spiritual growth or a deeper sense of spiritual harmony.

From there, we'll weave breath with a calm, supportive meditation inviting harmony, clarity, presence, and inner spaciousness. The pace follows your needs, leaving you feeling centered, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.  Let your breath become your guide back to center.

​This private Himalayan Singing Bowl session offers a deeply personal experience of healing sound and gentle vibrational medicine. As the bowls are played around and sometimes on your body, their resonant tones create waves of soothing vibration that help quiet the mind, release tension, and invite the nervous system into a state of calm. The session unfolds slowly and intuitively, and you’ll enter a state of deep relaxation where body, mind, and spirit come into harmony. You'll leave feeling grounded, clear, and quietly renewed.

meditation techniques

Meditation is a simple and powerful way to return to the present moment. It is not about forcing the mind to be quiet, but about becoming aware of your breath, body, and inner experience.  Meditation doesn’t always mean sitting still.  You will be guided through phases that might include dancing, subtle shaking, expressive release, or silent witnessing, each one tailored to your energy and comfort. These active meditations help release stored energy and open pathways to awareness, joy, and freedom.
