Meditative Movement
Meditative movement is a practice that combines physical activity with meditative techniques to promote a deeper mind-body-spirit connection and enhance overall well-being. It involves being present and aware of your body's movements, sensations, and breath while engaging in any form of physical activity. Examples include qigong, tai chi, some practices of yoga, and even mindful walking or stretching. Meditative movement is practiced with intention and the benefits may include increased awareness, stress reduction, improved focus and concentration, enhanced physical well-being, and a deeper spiritual connection.
