Yi Jin Jing Level 2 Workshop with Jerigtu
Yi Jin Jing is a gentle but powerful Qigong form which helps us prepare our physical body for meditative practice, as well as maintaining the health of our muscles, tendons and organ systems. Jerigtu is the current lineage holder of the Yi Jin Jing form of Qigong.

About the event
Yi Jin Jing is a gentle but powerful Qigong form which helps us prepare our physical body for meditative practice, as well as maintaining the health of our muscles, tendons and organ systems. It was originally developed by Bodhi Dharma in the Mountains above Shaolin Monastery in China to improve spinal alignment so that our energy can flow upward with greater ease. Yi Jin Jing coordinates movement and breath with the heart and mind to awaken and unify all into one. Jerigtu is the current lineage holder of the Yi Jin Jing form of Qigong.
Who: Anyone is welcome to attend, whether or not you have studied Qigong or Yi Jin Jing with Jerigtu in the past. The practice is fairly gentle, but it will be helpful if you are able to stand comfortably for up to 15-20 minutes. We will also be sitting for some of the practice.
