About the event
Please register for this class here.
In this practice we will explore postures, breath practices and guided meditations to invite a sense of freedom and spaciousness into the body, mind, and heart. We will utilize a range of yogic tools to help us find a lightness in the body. Can we hold our experience with lightness? Can we move with the tides of life? Is there greater ease, maybe even joy, available in this moment?
All levels of practitioner are welcome!
The physical practice will be adaptable and nourishing. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. There are a few mats available to borrow, and other props are available at the studio.
Investment: $20!
The studio does not have a designated parking area, however free street parking is available. On evenings and weekends, you can park across from the studio on the east side of 28th Avenue, but please don't block any garage doors of the Bill Pierre facility.
