The sound immersion is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position, however you can be seated if you prefer. The studio has mats, blankets, and a few chairs available but you're also welcome to bring whatever you need to be comfortable - water, eye mask, bolster, etc.

About the Players:

Mike Tamburo is a world-renowned musician, composer, artist and educator. He is known and loved for his transformational live concerts performed on his personally curated set of gongs, bells and other metal instruments.  A lifelong multi-instrumentalist, Tamburo has focused his talents on metal percussion instruments, string instruments (hammered dulcimer, guitar, zither, shahi baaja), as well as electronic instruments (synths, looping).  Since 1994, Tamburo has shared more than 2,000 concerts and workshops. He has recorded over 70 albums, both solo and in collaboration with Crown of Eternity, Meisha, Arco Flute Foundation, Psychic Frost, Brother Ong and more, ranging from epic gong music to ecstatic and transcendental string music, as well as folk, drone, space rock, ambient, mantra music and sometimes unclassifiable sounds. This man loves music in all its forms!

Wayne Marto is a life-long musician who has performed over 400 group Gong Meditations. His authentic style of playing, infused with passion and intention, promotes deep relaxation and transformation. Wayne is the creator of The FreeQuency Method and the Founder and Executive Director of Beneficial Sound, a 501(c)3 public charity committed to bringing wellness to the mind, body and soul through sound and vibration. He has a degree in Psychology, is a Certified Gong Practitioner and is a member of the American Sound Healers Association.

Roger Tjoelker, founder of Transformative Sound and blosm studio is a professional gong player and a Transformational Breath® facilitator.  Formerly a corporate CFO, he first heard the gong played well at a Transformational Breath® Seminar and instantly knew that he had to learn to play and bring this amazing sound energy to others. He offers group and private gong sound immersions and uses the sound of several gongs to inspire creativiity and cultivate well-being.
