Summer Solstice Celebration

Join Michael, Wayne, and Roger for a cosmic celebration of the longest day! We will use kundalini yoga and the sounds from a variety of gongs to create a joyful experience that your mind, body, and spirit will appreciate.

Following a gentle kundalini yoga set, the chimes and gongs will ease us into deep relaxation. Then as earthly form and thoughts begin to dissolve, the mighty gongs provide a full immersion into sound energy! No prior experience is needed, the movement and sound will simply meet you where you are and take you wherever you need to go. We’ll end with some time for community and sweets.
