Born to Love - New Moon Song Ceremony

This "New Moon Song Ceremony" is an invitation to embrace the cycles of the moon, set your intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle, settle your nervous system and foster a community that shares a curiosity for self-exploration and creative expression. Within our sacred space, we'll learn and sing songs, and alternately engage in guided movement, journaling, and other modes of facilitated sharing and co-creation. Join us in this evening of song, intention, and unity, as we engage in multi-modal expression. If you have attended the monthly Singing Circle, this event will be quite similar in structure in that we will start with a grounding practice, and then move into learning and singing songs.  

The studio has mats, blankets, back-jacks, and a few chairs, please bring anything additional you may require to be comfortable. A water bottle is also recommended!  

Suggested donation of $10.

I am passionate about music and its transformative and healing powers. I grew up singing and surrounded by music, and I have sung and performed in many contexts; indie rock, choirs, musical theater, Cabaret, yoga studios, and singing circles.
