Step into balance and renewal as day and night meet in perfect harmony. Our Spring Equinox celebration invites you to honor this turning of the seasons with a transformative blend of kundalini yoga and the resonant vibrations of gongs.
Following a gentle kundalini yoga set, the chimes and gongs will ease us into deep relaxation. Then as earthly form and thoughts begin to dissolve, the mighty gongs provide a full immersion into sound energy! No prior experience is needed, the movement and sound will simply meet you where you are and take you wherever you need to go.
Expect a sacred, nurturing space filled with intention, community, and the subtle magic of seasonal transition. The gongs will create a soundscape that mirrors the equinox’s balance—both grounding and expansive—while kundalini yoga awakens your inner vitality.
