Melodies of Maihar

Join us for an uplifting evening of Indian classical music featuring a rare appearance by virtuoso violinist Shree Indradeep Ghosh. Currently touring in the U.S., Indradeep is an internationally renowned artist and one of the top musicians in the famous Maihar Gharana (musical tradition) of Hindustani music. The evening will also include two local favorites, Richard Russell on sarod and Anil Prasad on tabla. Experience the timeless beauty of the melodious rāgas of Maihar with solos and duets between violin and sarod supported by the mesmerizing rhythm of the tabla drum.

The studio does not have a designated parking area, however free street parking is available.  On evenings and weekends, you can park across from the studio on the east side of 28th Avenue, but please don't block any garage…
