The sound ceremony is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position.Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to relax—yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc. The studio has a limited supply of mats, blankets, and bolsters if needed.

This is a sober, fragrance-free event. Please avoid perfumes, scented deodorants, cologne, smoke (including cannabis), and strongly scented laundry products.

Recommended minimum age is 16, though this may vary by individual.
