Healing Within & Beyond: Mantra, Breath, and Gong Immersion

Join us for a deeply intentional evening devoted to healing—within yourself, and outward toward the wider world. This practice weaves together breath, mantra, community presence, and the resonant field of the gongs to create a space where personal restoration and collective uplift meet.

We’ll begin with a gentle centering practice, using pranayama to settle the mind, soften the body, and open the energetic pathways that allow us to both give and receive healing. From this grounded state, we’ll move into a sacred chant led by Kalyani:
