Iyengar Yoga with Angela Dawn

Join Angela in this class for students with Iyengar Yoga experience. The poses range from basic to more advanced and focus on the foundation, alignment and progression of the asanas. All categories of asana are explored as well as introduction to Pranayama; breath work.

The studio will be open 15 minutes before the starting time of this event.  The studio does not have a designated parking area, however free street parking is available.
