About the event
Gong Reiki: A Journey of Sound & Energy
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, energetic renewal, and immersive sound healing. During this unique experience, Roger will create a continuous 60+ minute gong soundscape designed to support the natural flow of energy throughout the body, calm the nervous system, and invite participants into a meditative state.
As the vibrations of the gongs wash through the space, Renata will offer a brief individualized Reiki session to each participant. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports balance, restoration, and the body's innate capacity to heal. The combination of Reiki and gong resonance can help release energetic stagnation, encourage deeper relaxation, and cultivate a sense of harmony and well-being.
Participants are invited to lie comfortably on a mat, wrapped in blankets and supported by cushions, while receiving both the collective healing power of sound and the personal touch of Reiki.…
