Gong Reiki with Renata and Roger

Join Renata and Roger for an opportunity to support and cultivate your health and well-being with a powerful combination of sound and reiki. Roger will play gongs for 60+ minutes while Renata provides a mini reiki session to each participant.  Mats and blankets are available at the studio for your comfort.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes well-being and is based on the idea that we all have a “life force energy” that flows through our bodies. The Reiki practitioner gently moves their hands just above or on your body, with the intention of guiding the flow of this healthy life force energy to reduce stress and promote self-healing. It may feel as though a wonderful glowing radiance is flowing through and around you. Reiki works with the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, and its benefits may include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.
