Gong Sound Immersion with Roger

Experience a cosmic Gong Sound Immersion that your body, mind, and spirit will really appreciate!  While everyone has their own unique experience with sound energy, many have found it to open pathways to relax, quiet their mind, balance energy, meditate, release emotional tension, retune internal systems, have a spiritual experience, heal themselves, inspire creativity, or feel a deep sense of peace.  Our innate intelligence appears to use gong sound energy to promote well-being within.  Simply lie back and let the transformative sound of the gongs meet you where you are and take you where you need to go!

The sound immersion is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. The studio has mats and blankets available but you're also welcome to bring whatever you need to be comfortable - water, eye mask, bolster, etc.  I'll begin with a short introduction to the session and gongs, followed by around 60 minutes of gong sound immersion.
