Find Your Harmony

Join Ma Prem Bodhi and Roger for a guided session that aligns and balances the chakras, harmonizes kundalini energy flow, and uses the deep resonance of a gong sound immersion to promote full body relaxation and renewal.

We will begin by using music, vocal sounds, and guided awareness to balance, align, and harmonize the chakras or energy centers. It can bring you into a deep, peaceful, inner silence. You can make your own vocal sounds, or just listen to the music and feel the sounds within you. We will conclude this session with the deep resonant sounds from a variety of gongs.

The studio has mats, blankets, and bolsters available and will be open 20 minutes before the event starts.  The studio does not have a designated parking area, however free street parking is available.
