Healing Sound Bath enhanced with the power of Reiki

Relax and rejuvenate with the healing sounds from crystal singing bowls.  This unique experience will Radiate with Reiki, bring your open hearts and Intentions!  Benefits may include:

• One intriguing aspect of crystal singing bowls is their ability to create resonance within our cells. Each cell in our body has a natural resonant frequency. When the vibrations from the bowls match these frequencies, it can lead to cellular healing and regeneration.

The sound bath is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the sound meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, bolster, etc.  The studio also has some mats, blankets, and bolsters available in case you forget or don't have any.

The studio will be open 20 minutes before the starting time of this event.  The studio does not have a designated parking area, however free street parking is available.  

About the Practitioners

Fran has been practicing Reiki for over 27 years and her passion is to integrate energy work and sound healing.  She has a regular practice of playing in sound healing circles, and recently began playing Crystal Singing Bowls with Maggie and Lisa.

Lisa is a wife, mother, pediatric nurse, and reiki practitioner. She learned reiki in nursing school over 29 years ago and knew that she had a connection with spirit at a very young age. Her life got busy with working full time and raising her girls and she stopped doing healing work until she had a near death experience 8 years ago that changed her life forever. She was told that she needed to start doing energy work to help others. Lisa has completed level 3 reiki and learned to do sound baths, light language and akashic readings. She is so excited to share what she has learned and empower people to heal themselves starting with the spiritual body.

Dr. Maggie Fox is a Naturopathic Doctor and Reiki Master/Teacher with extensive training in energy transformation, craniosacral therapy, and other healing modalities.  She got her first set of crystal bowls in the late 90's and has been creating sound healing circles ever since.  She spent 15 years with them in Chicago, and several have traveled with her around the US.  You can learn more about Maggie at FoxNaturalMedicine.com.
