About the Instructors:

Barbara Badolati has been guiding others toward well-being for over 30 years in yoga, somatic and meditation teachings, life and health coaching, and global wellness retreats. Barbara weaves her extensive background, heart-felt energy and bountiful bliss into her offerings for healing transformation, upliftment, and connection to one’s true self. She is the founder of BeWell Retreats Global, author of Sleep Blissful books and products, TEDx speaker and Insight Timer meditation teacher.

Heather Carnocki is a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Gong and Crystal Bowl Healer, and Owner of Vinnocki Farm, Flowers and Events in Seabeck, WA. Heather loves mantra, community, nature, connection and farm life. Heather’s warmth is welcoming and brings out in others. She is the Manager of Kundalini Yoga Washington (KYWA), and a key player in the first KYWA Winter Solstice 2022. Heather hopes to inspire you to heal and live your dharma.
