About the event
A Sound healing bath using frosted and alchemy crystal bowls, voice, and other sound instruments, creating harmony, entrainment, and sacred harmonics! We begin with gentle yoga to arrive and ground. Participants may either sit or lie down for sound bath. Afterward there is optional time for tea and connection, if desired.
Sound healing promotes a deep relaxation, bringing renewal of body and mind, to become centered, grounded and deeply rejuvenated.
The studio has mats and blankets available but you're also welcome to bring whatever you need to be comfortable - water, eye mask, bolster, etc.
The studio will be open 20 minutes before the starting time of this event, and please use the west building entrance that faces 35th Avenue NE.
The studio is on the corner of 35th Ave NE and NE 82nd street and has a small parking lot with an entrance on 35th Avenue NE, just south…
