This group offers a space to develop embodied capacity to be fully present in your current life while staying connected to your ancestral lineage - learning to ground where you are without severing where you came from. This is a six-month series, meeting monthly starting in January 2026.

This group is for those who carry multiple worlds within their bodies.
You have moved, been uprooted, or displaced from your home of origin
You carry your family’s intergenerational history of migration, survival or loss
You struggle to find belonging
You feel out of place in any language, culture, location, or social/systemic norm
