Acupuncture, Nidra and Sound Healing
This immersive 90-minute experience blends the restorative practices of acupuncture, Nidra and sound healing to support deep relaxation and whole body balance.
You will be guided into Nidra, a meditative state of conscious rest, while acupuncture is gently introduced. The needles support the flow of energy and help release tension while your awareness softens into stillness.
We then transition from Nidra to the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, sound supports the experience by helping the nervous system unwind and guiding you into deeper layers of awareness and ease.
This combination creates an opportunity to access both physical and subtle levels of release, supporting clarity, calm, and a sense of being restored.
